The London Jewellery Showroom at London Fashion Week welcomed a record number of visitors through its doors on 18 and 19 February as visitors and exhibitors alike hailed the event a resounding success.
The pop-up designer jewellery showroom on Old Bond Street was open for two days during London Fashion Week, and invited luxury and fashion press, buyers and consumers to view and buy the latest collections from a range of fine and fashion jewellery brands in a beautifully created showroom space.
A series of masterclasses were held throughout the event, including talks from the designers and seminars from jewellery experts including Maria Doulton from The Jewellery Editor, Lisa Levinson from the Diamond Producers Association and BBC Antiques Roadshow jewellery expert Joanna Hardy.
Event sponsors included the National Association of Jewellers, who hosted a VIP drinks reception on the Monday evening, and Italian prosecco brand Mionetto. Visitors could also make use of a jewellery and watch cleaning station provided by Connoisseurs, or treat themselves to a complimentary beauty treatments including blow-drys or make-up between shopping.
The London Jewellery Showroom is hosted by award-winning jewellery specialist agency FACETS. The next event will take place during London Fashion Week in September.
